The trip to Iceland took us 15 months, which is a little more than the voyage to Mars. Finally, we found a window between countless pandemic bans and regulations, and arrived in Iceland on August 31, 2021 with the mentioned delay. The very next day confirmed that we found ourselves in a slightly different world and a bit on a different planet. The landscape in Iceland is strongly photogenic and directly abounds in unusual places. Indeed it is not easy to combine all photos and experiences into one continuous sequence. That's why I divided the whole way around the island into individual days and stops.
